how long will it take to get six pack abs with this diet and routine?
okay i really wanna know how long it will take. i do 230 situps, 50 crunches, 50 pushups, and 40 10-pound weight lifts. i am 12 years old about to turn 13 in october, 5'6", and i weight 125 pounds. my diet is usually i piece of toast in the morning, grilled chicken with sauce at lunch, and salad at dinner. snacks are chewy granola bars, bananas, smoothies and strawberries. occasionally i have pop tarts and cheez its. please tell me!(:
