Is there any substitutes I can use for the rods in reed diffusers?
I bought a beautiful glass reed diffuser at a yard sale on the cheap. The oil (lavender scented) smells just wonderful, but there were no reeds with it--i guess you get what you pay for at a yard sale!! Before going out and buying reeds, is there anything just from my house or yard I could use that you know of? Will chopsticks, or perhaps just twigs from trees work? Thank you!
Chopsticks or wooden shisk-kabob skewers work well. Just be sure they're long enough.
