Where can I find free video editing program with multi layering and cropping?
It needs to run on windows, I want to create a cloning effect, that's why I need a program with multi-layering and cropping, thanks
It's going to be hard to find a free program which can do what you are looking for.
I'm not sure if it will do the job, but you might like to take a look at the free software Zs4 - http://www.zs4.net
It has a lot more effects capabilties than any of the other free programs, and can also do green screen work.
Otherwise, if you are willing to spend some money you might like to that a look at the FXhome range - they are heaps cheaper than After FX - http://www.fxhome.com
