i hate eating out, no one can cater for me as there is so much food I cant have due to medication?
there is so little foods that I can have I just hate eating out. I cant change my medication as its what is keeping me alive. I CANNOT EAT THE FOLLOWING - corn, rice, all green vegetables, carrots, mangoes,avocado, pears, pineapple, squash, ginger, all herbs and spices, all citrus, bananas, milk, fish, meat, dairy, juices, all berries, all sauces, Gravies, and dressings, chocolate, liquorice, lollies, noodles, grapes, peaches, grapefruit, biscuits,crackers,cake, tarts, and the list goes on and on.
Instead of a list of what you can Not eat it may be better if you make a list of foods that you Can eat ...then we may be able to make suggestions for you Just what do you eat to keep you alive? I do not see any potatoes tomatoes,eggplant,mushrooms, olive oil, eggs, beans, oranges brown rice or oatmeal, sugar/ brown sugar?honey? raisins? apples? sweet potatoes? on your list can you have salt? how about garlic? whole wheat products ? soy products ? rye? almond flour ? Can you have quinoa? How do you get your proteinin ? eating plain beans in water? or eggs fried in olive oil?
