Recipe for CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING?

buttercream frosting (valentines cake)

1/4 cup fat-free margarine -- room temperature
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine the margarine & cocoa in a medium bowl. Mix well. Slowly add the
powdered sugar, mix well. Add the vanilla.
For a darker frosting add 7 drops of red & 2 drops of green food
coloring.

CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
1 C Confectioners sugar 1/2 C Butter or margarine,
softened 3 oz. Unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
and cooled 2 tsp. Vanilla 4 TBSP Half-and -half (light
cream) 3 oz. White chocolate, shaved
Beat all ingredients, except white chocolate, in
mixing bowl until light and creamy. Frost cake with
buttercream frosting. Top with shaved white chocolate.
