What is the best way to cover a pineapple-upside-down cake?
I know, it is best served warm, but I am taking it to a potluck right after work tomorrow. So, I made a pineapple-upside-down cake. : ) It looks wonderful, but I am concerned about what I should do with it until tomorrow night. I'm afraid that if I cover it completely, it will get very soggy.
Do I put it in the fridge? Do I leave it out? Can an experienced baker help me out here? Thanks!
