how would i order this at the starbucks counter? and is this drink even sweet? do i need to add sugar at the side-counter(just the vanilla latte)?
also what is the difference between skinny vanilla latte and a vanilla latte?

It is up to you to decide what if it is sweet enough for you. I find the vanilla lattes to be plenty sweet.
A skinny vanilla latte is made with nonfat milk and sugar free vanilla syrup. A regular vanilla latte is made with 2% milk and regular vanilla syrup.
You would ask for a triple tall soy extra hot vanilla latte.
You don't have to say with foam because lattes already come with foam.
