Is it safe to use this shampoo?

I want to buy the "Herbal Essences Break's Over" Strengthening shampoo.But here ingredients: water, ammonium lauryl sulfate, laureth sulfate, ammonium chloride, sodium, Cocamide MEA, glycol distearate, dimethicone, ammonium xylene, milk Cocos nucifera (coconut), Mangifera Indica Fruit Extract (Mango), pearl powder, fragrance, cetyl alcohol, polyquaternium 10, sodium citrate, sodium benzoate, citric acid, disodium EDTA, PEG 7M, Propylene glycol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Ext Violet 2 is BAD HAIR AMMONIUM not because it is a harmful chemical.

I hope this is not confusing. Ammonium lauryl sulfate is more alkaline than normal sodium lauryl sulfate, and is basically more like baby shampoo. It will be softer on your hair, but some people have reported their hair to dry. This is because the hair is more acidic and shampoo you're thinking of buying is more basic (like soap). It is not bad Zohan, but it could dry. Ammonium is not ammonia (which lightens the hair), lauryl sulfate, ammonium just a cleaning agent for your hair.
