Baked Bread
I receive hundreds of pounds of extra warm bread that I want to convert to ethanol?

I need help converting this bread cooked in ethanol. Using an enzyme and boiling the starch to break bread, then using yeast to convert sugar into ethanol my car. Has anyone done this before ??????
